through providing confidential consultation and referral services. Under

- Marital conflicts
- Emotional difficulties
- Legal issues
- Financial concerns
EAPs have proved to be effective disability and health
insurance cost management tools. Statistics have shown that EAPs help
prevent a good number of disability claims from occurring through
early and effective third-party intervention, and in the case of actual
